The materials of our threaded rods are carefully developed by engineers, its matrix is made of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy and fused tungsten carbide particles on the surface, the hardness is as high as HRC62±1, and the yield strength has come to 1450 MPa. No matter whether you are engaged in the aerospace industry, railroad transportation industry or machinery manufacturing industry, our threaded rods can be capable of doing the job.
First of all, we will choose high quality raw materials, which is the most critical step, if the quality of raw materials is not up to standard, then the subsequent steps are futile. Then we use 5-axis machining centers to machine the parts with an error of ±0.005mm, and then we put the threaded rods into -196℃ liquid nitrogen for deep-cooling treatment to eliminate residual stresses. Finally, the parts are mirror polished to 0.8μm grade.
Each shipment is accompanied by appropriate performance data as well as inspection reports. The performance data includes: dynamic balance test G6.3, high speed running life test 2000 hours, coefficient of thermal expansion and so on.
