Mold Flow Analysis
In order to provide our customers with high-quality products and services, Evergreen has purchased genuine mold flow analysis software.
This allows us to simulate almost all casting processes, as well as parameters such as material flow time, pressure distribution, temperature distribution and cooling time. We can identify and correct problems in a timely manner, which can save you more costs for your project.
Our engineers have undergone multiple rounds of training and are now proficient in using mold flow analysis software, and can quickly and accurately identify problems.
3D Scanning
If your project is just beginning, or if you don’t have any drawings, it doesn’t matter. EVERGREEN can provide you with a free 3D scanning service, which can quickly create a 3D model of your product, saving you even more time.
3D scanning has improved our level of customization, simplified the design and manufacturing process for us and our customers, and can use existing parts directly as the basis for design, making it easier to make design changes and optimize products.
