Our thermostat housings can operate stably under extreme temperatures and pressures. This is because our materials are carefully selected, such as aluminum alloy or cast iron, both of which can effectively withstand high temperatures and pressures.
EVERGREEN thermostat housings can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to 200°C without worrying about deformation or cracking.

First is high-pressure resistance. We use precision casting and rigorous pressure testing to ensure that the thermostat housing remains stable and leak-free even when used under extreme pressure. Second is corrosion-resistant surface treatment. We can use surface treatment processes such as hot-dip zinc plating and anodizing to protect the thermostat housing.

If you want to customize the thermostat housing at EVERGREEN, then you can choose from anodizing, powder coating, plating, heat treatment, phosphate coating or PTFE coating.
